Overflow — Simplifying Donations
With Overflow, donating stocks has never been easier but for Overflow, onboarding non-profits needed to be just as easy.

Overflow wanted to find a way to make the contract signing and onboarding experience of new non-profits enjoyable. When working with new non-profits, there was almost always the same few steps associated with getting them setup. We wanted to save some time for the Overflow team so they could focus on getting these non-profits donations, not getting them signed up to their platform.
The main problem that really stuck with me was “how do we make contracts funky”. After working closely with the Overflow team, we ended up on this no b*llshit, brutal/minimal approach that brought the fine print front and center.
Once the non-profits had signed with Overflow, we wanted them to have access to a sales rep at first and then some sort of resource center that they could always turn to. Not only did it empower the non-profits to get themselves up to date with best practices on the Overflow platform, but it saved time that the Overflow team would normally have to spend hand holding.
